Carer Support
Young Carers -The Carer's Support Centre
They support children and young people aged
8 to 18 in Bristol and South Glos who provide
substantial care for a family member who is ill,
diasbled or misusing substances.
They work with
families and give one-to-one support to individual young
carers, they also provide social activities and outings,

work with professionals and agencies. |

Referrals can be made by any professioanl or by families themselves. Please
contact them or visit their website for referral forms. Leaflets are available
