They support children and young people aged 8 to 18 in Bristol and South Glos who provide substantial care for a family member who is ill, diasbled or misusing substances.
They work with families and give one-to-one support to individual young carers, they also provide social activities and outings, they
work with professionals and agencies.
Referrals can be made by any professioanl or by families themselves. Please contact them or visit their website for referral forms. Leaflets are available upon request.
